Caruso & Minini is a beautiful Sicilian winery located in the sunny western part of Sicily, in the picturesque hills of Trapani, near the city of Marsala. It is a close-knit family business whose history dates back to the beginning of the 20th century. The winery was born from the partnership between the Caruso and Minini families, two generations of passionate winemakers who joined forces to craft authentic Sicilian wines.
Today, Caruso & Minini stands out for its dedication to indigenous Sicilian grape varieties such as Inzolia, Catarratto, Zibibbo, Frappato, and Nerello, as well as the more widely known Grillo and Nero d’Avola. With great respect for the region’s terroir and microclimate, the winery produces wines that capture the true essence of Sicily. The island’s delightful climate, characterized by warm, dry summers and mild winters, provides the ideal environment for these grape varieties and results in grapes of exceptional quality.
Caruso & Minini wines are renowned for their balance, elegance, and complexity, with the sun-drenched vineyards and mineral-rich soils clearly expressed in every bottle. Each wine reflects the unique character and rich heritage of its Sicilian origins.
